Who We Are & What We Do
“HEXAGON TS” cjsc (International Metallurgical Concern – IMC) was established to cooperate with a number of the largest producers of ferroalloys and raw materials for their production. In addition, the company trades in ferroalloys and raw materials for their production.
Organization of production and trade of such ferroalloys as ferromolybdenum, ferrovanadium and ferro-tungsten, as well as technical oxides (Roasted Concentrate) for their production (for example – “Roasted Molybdenum Concentrate”, “Roasted Molybdenum Concentrate briquettes”, “Vanadium pentoxide of various grades”, Tungsten trioxide”).

Our ideology is that getting a product of exceptional quality requires very serious efforts, so we do not hesitate to invest all of our resources and beyond in order to constantly correspond with the high level of production established.
HEXAGON TS not only specializes in the trade and logistics of primary raw materials and alloy products, but also carries out their production and processing of primary raw materials for its partners.
Our metallurgical production of Ferroalloys includes Ferroalloys workshop and workshops of Hydrometallurgy and Roasting.
The overall design of production minimizes ecological risks. We are using a modern laboratory in our production, and all the company employees are fully trained and skilled specialists: this ensures the highest possible product quality.

We have shaped our skills in a way that, due to the technology developed directly by ours, we are now able to generate the purest ferromolybdenum in the entire South Caucasus region.

FERROALLOYS AND CONCENTRATE
Is used to obtain Ferromolybdenum by the alumino-silicothermic reduction. Also it is used to obtain alloy steels (instead of ferromolybdenum) by adding into the charge in the steelmaking plants.

Is used instead of pure molybdenum to alloy steel, cast iron and other metal mixtures, so increasing the hardenability and viscosity of the steel, liquidates the fragility of the steel, making the steel thermo resistant. Also decreases the deterioration of cast iron. It is produced by alumino-silicothermic reduction of the molybdenum oxide.

Caustic soda is a colorless transparent liquid. By its chemical properties, caustic soda is a strong base, related to alkalis.
Caustic soda easily destroys the surface of aluminum and zinc, with difficulty – the surface of lead and tin, while the compound does not act on most other metals.
Caustic soda is used in organic synthesis processes, in the refining of petroleum products, in the textile industry in the production of viscose silk and in the bleaching of fabrics, in the paper and aniline dye industry, soap making, in the production of aluminum and metallic sodium, soluble glass, alkaline batteries, Trilon B.
