HEXAGON operates hexagon-ts.com and a set of internal tools used by its own staff. This notice says what data each one handles.
hexagon-ts.com has no accounts, no forms and no comment fields, so it collects nothing you type. Page views are counted with a self-hosted Umami instance, which records the page, the referrer, the country and the kind of device, and sets no cookies and no cross-site identifier. Nothing there identifies an individual visitor.
Our operations panel and our internal assistant are not open to the public. They sit behind an identity gate and are used only by HEXAGON staff and the staff of the plant we operate with. They read production data from that company's own spreadsheets, on a read-only authorisation granted by the account holder, and they never write anything back to those spreadsheets.
The Google authorisation the tools use carries one permission, reading spreadsheets, and nothing else. It reaches no mail, no contacts, no calendar and no files beyond the spreadsheets it was pointed at. The account holder can withdraw it at any moment from their Google account's security settings, and the tools then stop reading immediately.
Audio recorded for dictation is never stored: it exists for one upload and is discarded once the words are on screen.
We sell nothing to anyone and we run no advertising. Data is processed by the service providers our tools are built on, currently Google (spreadsheets), Anthropic and OpenAI (the assistant, transcription and image generation), and Cloudflare (network and access control). Each sees only what its own function requires.
